The platform cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the illegal use of QR codes, intellectual property infringement, third-party copyright violations, non-functioning QR codes, data loss, system interruptions, cyber-attacks, or internet and server errors.

Platform üzerinden oluşturulan tüm QR kodların içeriği, kullanımı ve bu kullanımdan doğabilecek maddi, manevi, hukuki veya cezai sonuçlardan yalnızca kullanıcı sorumludur. Platform, QR kodların yasa dışı kullanımından, fikri mülkiyet haklarının ihlalinden, üçüncü taraf telif haklarının ihlalinden, QR kodların çalışmamasından, veri kayıplarından, sistem kesintilerinden, siber saldırılardan, internet veya sunucu hatalarından kaynaklı doğrudan veya dolaylı hiçbir zarardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

Users are obliged to use the platform in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey and international law, respect copyrights, not create links containing malicious software, not violate personal rights, not produce hate speech, and not violate the legal rights of others. Furthermore, it is the user's responsibility to verify the accuracy, currency, and legality of the generated content.

Kullanıcılar, platformu Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına ve uluslararası hukuka uygun şekilde kullanmak, telif haklarına saygı göstermek, zararlı yazılım içeren bağlantılar oluşturmamak, kişilik haklarını ihlal etmemek, nefret söylemi üretmemek ve başkalarının yasal haklarını ihlal etmemekle yükümlüdür. Prohibited Uses / Yasaklı Kullanımlar

The platform cannot be used for illegal activities, malware distribution, spam or unsolicited content, unauthorized sharing of personal data, gambling, betting, obscene content, violence, terror propaganda, racism, discrimination, and other unlawful activities. When such situations are detected, the contents are removed and necessary legal actions are initiated.

Platform; yasa dışı faaliyetler, zararlı yazılım dağıtımı, spam veya istenmeyen içerik, kişisel verilerin izinsiz paylaşımı, kumar, bahis, müstehcen içerik, şiddet, terör propagandası, ırkçılık, ayrımcılık ve diğer yasadışı faaliyetler için kullanılamaz. Bu tür durumlar tespit edildiğinde içerikler kaldırılır ve gerekli yasal işlemler başlatılır.

Service Disclaimer & Changes / Hizmet Garantisi ve Değişiklikler

Disputes and Jurisdiction / Uyuşmazlık ve Yargı

In case of any dispute, the laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply, and the competent courts are the Courts of the Republic of Turkey. This agreement can be changed by the platform owner without prior notice, and the changes become effective as soon as they are published.

Herhangi bir uyuşmazlık durumunda Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasaları geçerli olup, yetkili mahkemeler Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Mahkemeleri’dir. Bu sözleşme platform sahibi tarafından önceden bildirim yapılmaksızın değiştirilebilir ve değişiklikler yayınlandığı anda yürürlüğe girer.

The platform does not send any notifications, announcements, or emails to the user. Since the users' contact information is not kept, such messages are out of the question.
