The platform cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the illegal use of QR codes, intellectual property infringement, third-party copyright violations, non-functioning QR codes, data loss, system interruptions, cyber-attacks, or internet and server errors.

Legal and Ethical Use

Users are obliged to use the platform in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey and international law, respect copyrights, not create links containing malicious software, not violate personal rights, not produce hate speech, and not violate the legal rights of others. Furthermore, it is the user's responsibility to verify the accuracy, currency, and legality of the generated content.

Collected Data

To ensure system security and prevent misuse, the platform logs the generated code contents and the IP address of the user performing the operation. These data are kept in the database only within the scope of security audits and legal obligations. Google Analytics is used to analyze site performance and improve user experience. Google Analytics collects only anonymous or anonymized data; users are not individually identified. These data are strictly not used for commercial purposes and are not shared with third parties.

Data Security

Disputes and Jurisdiction

The platform does not send any notifications, announcements, or emails to the user. Since the users' contact information is not kept, such messages are out of the question.
